Food
Beef Noodle Soup
This is a traditional Taiwanese soup that I had at one of my favorite restaurants, Noodle St., in Fullerton.
Gyudon
Gyudon is a japanese rice bowl that I made at home. It doesn't look like much but the meat is packed with flavor because of all the spices that cooked into it while it simmered for an hour.
Poke Bowl
My girlfriend and I were bored one day and decided to use what we had to make this eye-catching bowl of goodness.
Chicken Stir Fry
This dish is also from Noodle St. and the sesame seed oil they put in it makes me need to go back for more. So delicious.
Homemade Sushi
I made this sushi by hand at my girlfriend's house. Her dad showed me the ways and the fish he buys is always high high quality that sometimes tastes better than the restaurants.
Ramen at the beach
When camping at the beach, I was getting a little hungry and decided to try and make some instant ramen over the fire. It turned out as good as it looks.
Sukiyaki and Sushi
Sukiyaki is a japanese version of hot pot. You dip your veggies and meat in a boiling broth, wait for it to cook in seconds, and enjoy. You can see my girlfriend's dad torching some seared salmon on the right.
Tomato Bisque
My girlfriend and I discovered the world's best soup while on a date at Down Town Disney. This soup will never leave my mind and I'm definitely going to have to go back.
Wagyu Sushi
At Kura sushi, I saw this sushi revolving around the restaurant right next to our table and my mouth couldn't resist, I had to try it. And I'm so glad I did because it was life changing.
